Comment:  Phi Delt is probably a top tier frat at Creighton, I think they just get a lot of flack because people try to compare them to SigEp from a recruitment standpoint when the two simply go after two different types of kids. They can have some fun parties (911 house saved them this year on the social scene) and are pretty involved on campus. They are known for having a pretty diverse group of kids in their pledge classes and have a small group who are your stereotypical frat boys.
