Comment:  Let’s be honest, 99% of this site are reviews pumping up someone’s own house or a rush chair having pledges run down the good houses on campus to hopefully drive recruitment down for them. Objective review: Phi Delt won homecoming. Top 2 house in grades. Top 3 house intermurals. House is immaculate. Does every house have their exceptions to a rule? Of course. However, top-to-bottom, Phi Delt is easily one of the top all-around houses on campus.
