Comment:  known for being zetas rival because they compete for top house which makes everyone mad because they have risen so quickly. these girls are like SAE sweethearts whereas zeta gets sig chis. some very nice stunning girls in this house but some are just okay and can even be known as a little sloppy. Older girls in the house are irrelevant as far as PC’s but this last one swept the row and definitely earned the right to be top house. some girls can be easy in this house but a lot of them are wife material. This is pretty accurate without being petty and mean like some of these other comments lmao.
