Comment:  Phi psi is the best fraternity but they’re only “top” because there is nobody else really left. Pike Wawa are gone. Fiji is basically gone. Elmo’s is completely irrelevant. Phi psis good but it’s not great it’s just the best there is at the moment. They absolutely won rush last year and am 99.9% sure they will this year too but they’re upper class men just aren’t the best
