Comment:  This is a solidly lower/bottom tier frat. Nothing wrong with that, but their self-ranking is out of control. Rushes should be wary about their reviews. Obsessing over Greekrank doesn't help recruiting. 20+ new ratings in a month shows they might be borderline crazy
