Comment:  They have a good balance, they were one of the top 3 fraternities to have good grades and throw so many parties. Their house needs work, this past semester the main floor was collapsing. It’s funny how they charge the random obviously non college kids a cover charge once it was a $40 door rate & people paid, the brothers were shocked, but hey more money for beer I guess. Their tailgates during football season are small, but the many parties make up for it
