Comment:  Phi Delt is totally slept on. Everyone who doesn't like them obviously hasn't met them. They're similar to Beta in grades and personality, but throw better parties. They are just a bunch of kind, Southern guys who are nice and respectful to girls and even other frats. My personal favorite house on campus. Should be one of the top.
