Comment:  Where to start...in PC 16 there is a group of girls that has caused a ton of divide in the house. PC 17 is a strange mixture...some really crazy wild girls, some girls who belong in DG or GPhi, some mean girls and then some girls who think they're better than everyone and nobody likes them. PC 18 is just kind of there...not great and not bad...just a weird group and not very cute. This house is not considered a top 5 house anymore except by them. They have a lot of in-house issues and it's caused a lot of girls to drop Pi Phi or leave OU altogether.
