Comment:  Definitely "bottom tier" but NOT a bad house by any means!! Tiers and ranks don't tell you the overall value of the chapter, AOPi is known for having good sisterhood and being kind. They're kind of a bunch of quirky oddballs but in a cute way and they all mesh together really well! Lots of really cute/pretty girls too
