Comment:  Nice guys, but not really lady killers by any means. Imagine them as the older brother your parents are always disappointed in and don't want you to hangout with, but you still like to have fun with them. They throw fun darties. House is physically falling apart. the dance floor sinks about a foot when too many people are on it and you can feel it move underneath you.
