Comment:  For a house being rechaptered less than a decade ago, they are undeniably rising the social ladder. Comparing them to all of the “bottom” houses, their newer PC’s are much more better looking, social, and not awkward at all. They might never be top tier but being the “newest” chapter even though it’s been couple years now makes it hard to make solid middle tier, but in a year or two I believe they’ll be middle for sure. So much hate towards this house because they’re doing well and truth is they’ll continue to do well with the benefit on being 17th and have genuinely nice and average-good looking girls who are hella social as well.
