Comment:  Upper/upper middle house on west. They have slipped compared to a couple years ago. Known for being rough around the edges and throwing Chi Phridays, which are basically open freshman parties. You should rush this house if: you are a meathead, a lot of this house is made up of DU rejects Other: House is pretty dope and they have a nice catwalk where you can view the parties from. Like DU, they have a lot of allegations about being creepy with girls. Future Outlook: A step above DX/Fiji/Chi Psi, but not quite as good as Phi Psi/Sig Pi. Them being on So Pro for all of last semester and part of this semester hurts them a lot. They might rise to the same level as Phi Psi/Sig Pi, but its unlikely.
