Comment:  Upper-tier house that has been holding steady for a while. Come off as pretty douchey. Good location but an average physical house. White defines these guys. White house, white guys, white shoes, etc. You should rush this house if: you are 6’2”, white, and rich. Good looking too. Other: They basically have only 1 on 1 parties. Very well liked by girls, not so much by guys. Throw Oasis every year, which is one of the best parties on campus. Future Outlook: Will probably stay fairly steady, if they ever took some guys with personality, they might improve a bit.
