Comment:  All I can say is wow. In just a semester, this fraternity has stepped their game up incredibly. Their recruitment class doubled their chapter size with quality guys, they throw absolute ragers every week, and the guys are so nice/cute. They are definitely top tier and if they keep it up then I can see them being #1 very soon.
