Comment:  Honestly a very mid tier frat now they used to be top but that was 6 years ago now they throw the most mid tier parties. They throw better parties than KA and Fiji i would say but nothing close to Delta Sig, Sig Chi, or DKE. Also their newer pledge class has a lot of creepy dudes stay away from them they are the kind to bug drinks.
