Comment:  Kappa has drastically gone down in pledge classes. Last recruitment cycle they focused too much on girls who were clearly going to be Aphi/phi mu and even some theta. I have to say that pi phi even has more standouts than kappa does. I wouldn’t be surprised is kappa becomes the new bottom of kappa keeps making the same mistake. Would say that kappa is low mid tier
