Comment:  I was an Alpha Phi in another school and I can confirm that our national sorority tells us to recruit based on looks. Therefore, there is an actual clause to rank girls based on if they are pretty or not before they even get to the house and there are multiple rankings based off of solely beauty throughout the recruitment process! It's disgusting and no self-respecting, smart woman would be an Alpha Phi..
