Comment:  Decent house, Amazing courtyard. Parties are usually fun. I don’t see where all the “creep” and “hate” junk is coming from, but these guys have always managed to impress me at social events! I know a few of the younger guys personally and are all great guys. Heard mixed reviews about this newest pledge class, but overall good and rather attractive guys. They are pretty annoying as far as allowing people in sometimes (which only hurts in the long run) but they do have some pretty big parties! 8.5/10 from me, third or fourth best on campus.
