Comment:  Had a lot of fun there last year despite them being on the bottom, they were nice and were our friends go to frat to have a good time without having to be scared of creeps. Now that the house is run by phi delts we can't get in to their parties which is weird because they're empty and a poor excuse of a party anyway. They don't know their place and it's sad.
