Comment:  For every nice Alpha Chi I know, I know two that are the exact opposite. They party hard because they want to go top tier more than anything else, retention rate included. They don't seem to have a problem getting girls through recruitment, they have a problem keeping them. There's some girls in this house who are awesome, down to earth and super sweet and there's some girls in this house that are incredibly catty. At the end of the day it seems like it matters who you befriend in the chapter and how much you like to party whether you enjoy your experience or not.
