Comment:  Phi you’re going downhill! Just like kappa, pike and sig chi, it’s all coming to an end. Time to face the facts that you can try to recruit based on appearance and it will only work for so long. Fall 17-18 is pitiful compared to fall 15 and older... maybe next year try to recruit based on standards other than looks & popularity! Just some advice to keep you from dropping to middle tier which is where you’re headed quicklyyy
