Comment:  Phi Delt is easiest to point out at school or social events by the carhartt clothing. Not sure if they are farmers or wanna be's. Besides that, they are arguably the number one fraternity on campus. A phi and them are for sure the power couple of the school. They aren't necessarily the smartest or most attractive, and if you aren't one of them they definitely look down on you, but they are athletic and there is a lot of them. Phi Delt will most likely always be a power house at EWU.
