Comment:  D Chi is one of the oldest fraternities at Eastern and they definitely do not act like it. In most areas they really lack. They don't get good grades, they don't have a lot of members, its obvious they don't care much about school events, but they do throw good parties (size is relative). They have so much potential to be a thriving chapter at EWU but they constantly choose to stay behind and have parties with the new freshman. At some point you need to upgrade.
