Comment:  I say this house is top tier but from the rumors about them they are definitely at the bottom of the top 5 and dropping out of this rank. They have some mean girl issues from the last few years. I love the Pi Phi's I know but there are some super mean ones and they have caused a lot of divide in the house. Besides mean girls, this house is known for partying hard and then being hypocritical about it. Hope they get the problems fixed because they are some of my favorite girls....but there is a LOT of divide in this house.
