Comment:  You guys are making good progress and all but stay honest with yourselves. So far you have had one solid tailgate and it was joint with Theta Chi and Pike. That is less impressive than Phi Delt taking responsibility for the success of joint events with Theta Chi. They threw it- you guys were numbers and financial support BEHIND pike. A few years back i went to a fiji tailgate that was only fiji + 300 people where they got fined and charged by the city of Norfolk for fire violations. After events like that and years of solid recruitment, social, and awards they are still CLEARLY behind pike and way below theta chi. About half of your brotherhood is very goofy and gets embarrassed when they try to play tough, 1/4 of your chapter are book worms and 1/4 of your chapter is good socially. Don't get arrogant just yet.
