Comment:  Either myself and everyone I've ever talked to on campus is totally out of touch, or this is all self rates. Sig Tau is the fraternity I forget exists. It's not because they're the worst, but because because they're below average at everything, but not the worst at anything, so I don't even think of them when I think of who's the worst on campus. Doesn't have a huge presence, never see any on campus, not particularly huge on philanthropy or service, and average social life. They try too hard to be seen as a big deal and it comes off poorly. They should just be themselves. Tl; dr: Not relevant, nothing special, below average.
