Comment:  Undoubtably top tier fall quarter but after that they definitely lose some steam. Since they are the only fraternity that rushes fall, they throw all their best parties then to attract freshmen and once they have their pledges they are the house that freshman girls will want to go to the most, as it is the only one with guys their own age. However, one the other fraternities rush in the winter, a lot of those girls will choose to go to those houses over Sig Pi, and it's because of the vibe that they give off. Many of the guys here are nice individually, but when they are all together they can give off a bad/douchey vibe, and a lot of girls will get tired of this and stop hanging out with them as much once they have friends in other fraternities.
