Comment:  ZTA may not be a top house, but this year they had only 2 pledge drop and a high retention. They're philanthropy is rising and they have already raised loads of money within just a week. Girls might seem a little off-putting if you just judge them without talking to them but when you actually meet them, you find out they are the nicest girls around. Very inclusive.
