Comment:  Look, everyone on campus knows that Sigma Chi, Pike, and Beta are the top 3 houses. Each one offers a different specialty. If you want strong, wild parties, it’s Pike. If you want the popularity and dominance, it’s Sigma Chi. If you want the the nicest, kindest people, it’s Beta. No one else can be argued into the Top 3. I just so happen to choose the nice guys.
