Comment:  Pi Phi and Theta are the top houses but I'd say recently Pi Phi has been 1. It switches all the time tho. I think Pi phi is slightly more friendly to outsiders but Theta has a better sisterhood. Theta is more stuck up to both guys and girls. Lil more classy than pi phi at parties.
