Comment:  First off... Phi Delt please stop self ranking... you haven’t done anything on campus yet, you had a bunch of goobers sign your charter so you could be the “fastest charter”. A group of Phi Delt pledges came up to my friends and I after a party and kept insisting we go back to there “brothers” house with them. They act very entitled and they are not a cute group unlike some actual top tiers.
