Comment:  I know y'all are new, but this is your chance to establish your identity. Your sorority is so diverse (not a bad thing) that it makes it hard to really have an overall brand. I think it is the fault of your social media chair and your executive team. I think half of you are gorgeous and want to be a cute, girly, and pretty sorority. I think the other half of you are awkward, weird, quirky and you kind of see that as what you want. I think you should try to recruit girls that are one or the other. Plus all of these things make you super cliquey. Focus on being the best versions of yourself.
