Comment:  This chapter has done a complete turn around in the past four years. They’re more social and outgoing and you can tell their friendship is real. Also the funniest people ever. It’s hard to find a member who doesn’t have a good sense of humor and it’s always a good time when they’re around. Definitely a top tier.
