Comment:  This organization and apdi have recently become so obsessed with trying to be like ChiO, KD, and APhi girls. Are always thrilled and love to boast when they get a few rando girls these organizations drop after pref...not cute. Be yourself, and maybe you wouldn't have so many issues with cattiness, cliques, and internal conflict between sisters who talk about how ashamed they are of certain sisters. Be yourself and own it. Trying to be like others will make you crash and burn and isn't fun for new members to feel like they have something to prove. No sister should be told they aren't good enough or aren't "helping the chapter grow/move forward."
