Comment:  The guys are pretty nice as far as frat boys go, but keep in mind they still are frat boys... unfortunately though these guys are just as mid tier in looks as they are in ranking, their new house is an improvement and I do really like those oak lane bathrooms. However, this house isn’t enough to ever push them out of being mid tier.
