Comment:  Observation: I am genuinely interested in PiPhi's recruitment strategy. In my opinion, they need to work on it because they are doing fall informal recruitment. I will not be surprised if the active fraternities at NYU will stop mixing with them. It's too bad that there were not enough girls who liked them.
