Comment:  As the only truly dry house on campus it's amazing how popular they are and how full their social calendar is. Sororities seem to like going to a party there, perhaps because they won't be bothered by stupid drunks. They do like to party, but don't depend on alcohol to have a good time. Other fraternities also seem to like the atmosphere. . .no stupid drunks, so they team up for parties: biads, triads, etc. It also helps with the grades.
