Comment:  NATO was a top tier fraternity two years ago. The newer PC’s have a bunch of lacroix boys who don’t drink whatsoever and judge those who do. The fraternity is very split between the guys who drink and the guys that don’t. The Lacroix boys have gotten more and more power recently which gives ATO a chance at becoming the next Phi Chi.
