Comment:  Phi Delt has been going downhill for several years but the current small but quality rush class seems to be a sign of better things to come. The senior class is probably some of the best guys on campus which should help. Hopefully, the Fraternity will bounce back into prominence because it is hard to find guys as nice as the Phi Delts.
