Comment:  Super dope house. Some people have a pretty negative view towards this house, but i'm not sure why. Great house socially. Throws parties pretty often, but not all the time. Almost every single guy in Phi Delt is a model young man. Great academically. If you're thinking about rushing a frat at KState, definitely put this one on your list.
