Comment:  I just went through recruitment, and I talked with them up until the last round. The first girl I met was really nice, but the next 3 did not care about what I was saying at all. I also asked them questions about their philanthropy, and none of them knew anything about it. I had really uncomfortable conversations with them, and the same girl asked me a question 3 times because she wasn’t paying attention to my answer. It made me feel really unwelcomed and unappreciated
