Comment:  If you look at what chapter gets the best grades and is the most involve it's KD across the board, and that says something. Might not party as much as some of the other chapters but they're extremely close as a sisterhood and still have mixers every weekend. On top of that, they're genuinely nice and friendly. They are not the wildest, but they're the most genuine in my opinion.
