Comment:  Kappa Delta is "Top Tier"... for Utah. They are "Daddy's girls" and almost seem to embrace that reputation. Justifications: Sisterhood/fun- a lot of drama, not a lot of outgoing girls. But there it's not "all bad". For example, during their bid days, they'd have very strict rules that took away a lot of the personality of the women. But not all of them are drones. Campus Involvement: I think they make it mandatory. Classiness: Define "class"- if you mean people who do the right thing, no matter how hard it is- then that isn't them. If you mean that they know how to present themselves, then that is them. Popularity: Very well known and largely well liked. Friendliness: Not very open to outsiders. Like they may be at a party at your house (not the frat house- but like your own property)- and come across as standoffish.
