Comment:  Somehow people think this is a top tier house. Will throw one good party a semester, brothers don't even hangout at their parties or the house. Puts on a huge front during rush. Not mention the huge cultural divide between swimmers and lacrosse players anddd all the other randos. They have a few top-notch guys that have kept them afloat. I guess they'll just have to keep banking on spring rush. SAE's have a much better brotherhood, and Snu has told rushees in the past they're "gonna catch Sigma Chi this year." Good look guys, give me the other two houses all day.
