Comment:  This sorority has gone through a major change in the past years. They have become very selective, but before their selection was natural in who gravitated toward Phi Sig Sig was probably born to fit in. The girls look for people who are smart and hard working. It brings out competition in them from the inside. They have a lot of strengths in how hard they work for sorority of the year and it shows since they received it for the third year in a row. Socially they are a mix and some prefer the bar scene over parties. They should be given more of a chance from people because they are a good group
