Comment:  I just came here for rush and honestly, it should not be bottom tier. Girls in this house just keep getting prettier and prettier and honestly the girls I talked to were very genuine. The house needs some work (nice roof though). Honestly, kinda underrated. Not top tier yet, but give it some years.
