Comment:  These guys deserve more credit than they have been given on this site. They're brand new and as of right now still in the bottom tier, but they are arguably better than both zbt and ato despite being the newest on campus. The guys seem to know how to run a fraternity and are making moves towards strengthening the chapter's presence. If they can get a better house (current one has a good location but is very small), i'm sure they can move up at least a little in the next few years. Overall most likely to succeed out of these newly colonized fraternities.
