Comment:  I am trying to provide accurate reviews of all the sororities at UT. This is my review of DG. In my opinion, DG seems to be going downhill. They used to be one of the best sororities at UT - they were pretty much like SDT but blonder and classier. The vast majority of girls join for the reputation, which means that many members are not "genuine" and many girls end up dropping. Older members are often mean to or dismissive of new members. Of course there are plenty of girls in DG who are perfectly nice and not catty at all, but this is a reputation of theirs for a reason. At this point I think most girls who go through recruitment want SDT, DZ, or DG... but the first two are way more desirable because the members join for reasons other than just being able to wear the letters.
