Comment:  COMPETITIVE! That's them. Whether it's softball or All-Sing, they've always GOTTA WIN!! Their pledge class suffers 'cos they hafta invite legs to 3rd day, so plenty of good gals get cut early.(and they seem to brag about it. Hmmm. Doesn't that just make you a snob?) They don't want anyone who doesn't fill a niche. So, if you're just average, then forgetaboutit! I don't know why they don't realize that gals grow and mature in their abilities all the time; average pledges can blossom into awesome members! But, they don't want that either (they're too compeitive) so they only want gals who will stay-the-same-old ChiO way.
