Comment:  Middle tier. Too new to be so confident. Seriously, ladies! Don't toot your horn. There is a lot left for you to learn. Stop with the self ranks, it only makes the other chapters dislike you more. KD has a strong national rep and a great philanthropy. This chapter has the potential to be a solid middle tier (they're already above Pi Phi and Gamma Phi). You just have to take less crazy girls, be more consistnet with who you take, and kick out the fake girls. Good luck.
